GIGACENTRIX facilitates connections between independent users. GIGACENTRIX is not a party to private transactions or arrangements users may independently enter into after connecting through the platform, and GIGACENTRIX does not require users to disclose the details of those private transactions.

GIGACENTRIX is not a transportation provider, transportation network company, carrier, taxi or limousine company, dispatcher, fleet operator, employer, or agent of Drivers or Riders.

Depending upon how you use GIGACENTRIX, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

Vehicle photograph and vehicle information
Driver advertisement information
Rider request information

Our website and service providers may also automatically receive limited technical information necessary for operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the website, including IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages visited, login information, cookies, and similar technical information.

GIGACENTRIX seeks to collect information reasonably necessary to operate the platform.

We do not want or require unnecessary information concerning private transactions between Drivers and Riders.

After users connect, GIGACENTRIX does not require them to report the price of a ride, method of payment, precise trip details, stops, purchases, private conversations, tips, or other details of their independent transaction.

Information concerning such matters may nevertheless be voluntarily provided to GIGACENTRIX in connection with a complaint, safety concern, suspected fraud, violation of our Terms & Conditions, customer-support request, or legal matter.

4. Member Accounts

Certain portions of GIGACENTRIX require membership and login.

Information supplied during registration or subsequently added to a member profile may be stored as part of the member’s account.

Members may be able to view or modify certain account information through their account or profile.

GIGACENTRIX administrators may access account information when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, administer, or enforce the rules of the platform.

5. Driver Advertisements

Drivers may voluntarily publish information for the purpose of advertising their availability to Riders.

A Driver advertisement may include a Driver’s name, telephone number, profile photograph, vehicle photograph, vehicle information, city or service area, and information supplied by the Driver about their availability or services.

Information intentionally included in a Driver advertisement may be visible to authorized users of the GIGACENTRIX marketplace.

Drivers should not include information in an advertisement that they do not want disclosed to other marketplace users.

6. Rider Requests

Riders may voluntarily publish requests seeking transportation connections.

A Rider request may contain a name, telephone number, generalized pickup area, destination area, requested time, and other information voluntarily provided by the Rider.

GIGACENTRIX encourages Riders to use generalized pickup and destination information in marketplace content rather than publishing unnecessary precise residential addresses or other sensitive location information.

Drivers and Riders may exchange additional information directly after deciding to communicate.

7. Private Transactions Between Users

GIGACENTRIX provides the platform through which users can discover and contact one another.

Any lawful transaction or arrangement subsequently made between a Driver and Rider is independently made between those individuals.

GIGACENTRIX does not require users to disclose the price, payment method, precise destination, trip details, purchases, conversations, or outcome of their private transaction.

GIGACENTRIX does not collect transportation fares or receive a percentage or commission from fares privately exchanged between Drivers and Riders.

This does not prevent a user from voluntarily contacting GIGACENTRIX concerning a complaint, safety issue, suspected fraud, violation of our Terms, or other legitimate matter.

8. Public and Marketplace Information

GIGACENTRIX exists to connect people.

Information a member intentionally submits for publication as part of a Driver advertisement, Rider request, profile, or other marketplace content may therefore be displayed to other users according to the access rules of the platform.

Members are responsible for considering what information they choose to publish.

Information intentionally published through a marketplace listing should not be considered private information between the member and GIGACENTRIX.

9. Photos and Uploaded Media

Members may upload profile photographs, vehicle photographs, or other permitted images.

Members should avoid uploading photographs containing information they do not intend to disclose.

Digital photographs can contain embedded metadata, potentially including location information. Users should remove unnecessary location information or other sensitive metadata from photographs when appropriate before uploading them.

10. How We Use Information

GIGACENTRIX may use information collected through the website to:

Create and maintain member accounts.

Display Driver advertisements and Rider requests.

Members should not publish unnecessary sensitive personal information in advertisements, Rider requests, profiles, photographs, or other marketplace content.

In particular, Riders should avoid publicly publishing a precise residential address when a generalized pickup area is sufficient to make the initial connection.

Drivers and Riders can exchange whatever additional information they independently determine is appropriate after deciding to communicate directly.

26. Changes to This Privacy Policy

GIGACENTRIX may update this Privacy Policy as the platform develops, our business practices or technology change, service providers change, or applicable legal requirements change.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the Last Updated date will be revised.
