Rider Guide
Need a ride? Find independent Drivers in your area, contact them directly, and make your own arrangements.
How It Works
1. Find Your Area
Choose your state, area, and city to explore Driver advertisements near you.
2. Browse Driver Listings
Review available advertisements, vehicle photos, service areas, and the information Drivers provide.
3. Contact a Driver
Call or Send a GIG text the Driver directly. Ask questions, discuss your transportation needs, and agree on arrangements between yourselves.
4. Make Your Own Decision
Choose whether the Driver and proposed arrangements are right for you. You are never obligated to proceed.
More Than a Quick Ride
Maybe you need a trip across town. Maybe you need transportation for several hours, an airport trip, or someone you can contact regularly.
GIGACENTRIX gives you a place to discover independent Drivers and discuss your needs directly with them.
Need Something Specific?
Riders can also place a free Rider Request describing the transportation they are looking for. Drivers can review those requests and contact Riders directly.
Your Safety. Your Decision.
Verify the person's identity, vehicle, license, registration, and insurance as appropriate before making arrangements. You may decline or cancel an arrangement if you are not comfortable.
What GIGACENTRIX Does
GIGACENTRIX is an advertising and communication platform. It does not provide transportation, assign Drivers, schedule rides, set fares, or collect ride payments. Arrangements are made independently between Riders and Drivers.
